Asianet Movies is a 24-hour Malayalam TV channel from the Asianet Communications Limited. Very late when comparing to other southern languages even though most of the Keralites like to watch their favorite movies on television.

Owned by Asianet Digital Network, it was the first Malayalam-language satellite television channel at the time of its launch.[3][4] Aside from broadcasting Malayalam-language movies, it also airs Tamil- and Hindi-language content on weekends.
